The Turner Family
As a lifelong resident of North Little Rock, Leah Turner, along with her husband,
Chuck, and three young children are excited about the vision and future of
Rockwater Village. In fact, in addition to building a home for themselves,
as a licensed contractor, they hope to be instrumental in the design and
completion of many homes in the neighborhood. As a soccer coach for his
children, occasional golfer and cyclist, Chuck is excited about the proximity
to Burn’s Park and the River Trail. Leah looks forward to helping to fulfill the
vision of Rockwater Village and shape the riverfront portion of her hometown.
Beginning with the design and completion of their own home, Chuck and Leah
have combined their talents to build beautiful, well-constructed homes
with attention to detail.

Jason Fallis
Jason Fallis, co-owner of Creegan’s Pub in North Little
Rock’s Argenta District, can’t say enough about his
decision to build a home along the Arkansas River.
The Air Force pilot says the proximity of his new Rockwater
Village home to work and play is ideal.
 
“I have always wanted to be in a neighborhood on the water
that is minutes from my work and near the activities I enjoy
doing. Rockwater Village is the ideal location for me. I am an
avid biker, and the trails are right outside my doorstep, and
my restaurant and pub are literally just minutes from home."
