Wayne Hardy, AIA
Wayne Hardy, AIA, is an Arkansas native and has lived in North Little Rock since moving back to the area after college in 1996. Wayne is an Associate Partner at Roark Perkins Perry and Yelvington Architects where he has had the privilege of working on projects that are community based, such as the Arkansas Food Bank, Camp Aldersgate and Kiwanis. He has designed over 20 residences in and around Little Rock and has a passion for residential architecture. After meeting with the founders and sharing his vision and interest in Traditional Neighborhood Design, Wayne was named one of the approved Architects for Rockwater Village. Wayne was one of the first land purchasers in the TND and has designed his family home there. He has done extensive research, including visitation of other TND's across the country, and is excited to not only live in this new neighborhood but also be a part of the design process as well. He and his family are committed to the vision of Rockwater Village.

Architects Southwest
Architects Southwest, formed in 1980, is a professional group of individuals dedicated to providing high-quality homes that compliment the environment. Architects Southwest has successfully built a solid organization of select individuals with particular talents. The firm has worked on many TND projects across the country, including The Village at River Ranch in Lafayette, La., Sugarmill Township in Youngsville, La., Vintage Township in Lubbock, Texas, and Tradition in Biloxi, Miss. Architect Steve Oubre and Haley Blakeman serve as Rockwater Village consultants. Both participated in the development’s week long charette, where much of the vision for the neighborhood was created.

McClelland Engineers
McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc., was founded in 1963 by James E. McClelland, Sr., PE. Since then, MCE has grown to become one of the largest civil engineering firms in Arkansas. With offices in Fayetteville and Little Rock, MCE professional engineers serve both municipal clients and private/commercial clients throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. In addition to professional civil engineering services, MCE also provides geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, environmental laboratory analysis, construction inspection, construction materials testing and land surveying.

Martin L. Smith, ASLA, formed the firm and has consulted on high-profile projects such as the Heifer International world headquarters, Winrock International headquarters, William E. Clark Presidential Park Wetlands, Big Dam Bridge Pedestrian Plazas, Dickey-Stephens Ballpark, The Village at Hendrix (another TND), Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute and more.
