The Gardens at Rockwater
Here, you’ll find larger homes, each with a front porch and access to the garage from the community lanes. Minimum square footage for Gardens homes starts at 1800 square feet. Homes start at 2500 square feet in the Residences although many homeowners have opted to build larger homes. One riverfront lot is still available in the Residences offering incredible riverfront and downtown views with the trail right outside your door.
The Resort at Rockwater
The Resort at Rockwater is Rockwater's newest residential offering. Designed in the Rockwater style by architect Chad Young, the Resort offers exceptional waterfront and downtown views from these high-end apartments.
