The long-awaited Resort at Rockwater on the banks of the Arkansas River in North Little Rock’s Argenta Arts District is set to open its first units in early 2025, providing a host of high-end amenities to luxury renters.
“The Resort at Rockwater stands out due to its suite of upscale amenities, direct access to the Arkansas River trail, premium riverfront location, and unbeatable views of the Arkansas River and downtown Little Rock skyline,” said Chris Moses, principal, president and CEO at Moses Tucker Partners.
Geared toward both relaxation and recreation, the 360-unit apartment complex will provide a resort-style pool facing downtown Little Rock, outdoor lounge areas, fire pits, cabanas, a spa area and services, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga room.
Residents will also have access to the Arkansas River Trail System and water activity rentals at Rockwater Marina in North Little Rock, and the complex will host community events, Moses said.
Other amenities include spacious balconies, a bike wash and bike storage, a pet wash, and smart controls, including keyless entry and smart thermostats. The complex will also have gated parking and entry, private garages, electronic vehicle charging, and on-site maintenance and management.
Residences range from studios to one- and two-bedroom units.
Moses Tucker Partners, which has offices in Little Rock and Bentonville, announced the $70 million project in 2022. Moses said his favorite part of the project has been planning the development and how it connects both the Arkansas River and the urban area of Argenta.
“These projects take years to dream up and execute, so I’m always excited when residents start moving in and enjoying our communities,” he said.
The Resorts at Rockwater are part of the growing Rockwater Village, which also provides a variety of single-family homes at the Porches at Rockwater, the Gardens at Rockwater and the Residences at Rockwater, the first area developed.
