Rockwater's 501 Celebration was a hit! Special musical guest Townsend provided excellent live music while our generous Rockwater residents opened up their homes to prospective buyers. Between yummy refreshments, cute pups, and fun bubbles, a good time was had by all!
In designing Rockwater Village, the founders sought to create a neighborhood with beautiful houses and the highest quality of life. Homes are moments from the Arkansas River, a bike trail, downtown, and much more. The developers also sought to provide a meaningful sense of place. Embracing and honoring history serves to add meaning to ordinary things.
This past December, Rockwater Village and Marina were named Small Business Partner of the year by the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce.
Meet Chad Young, the architect responsible for some of Rockwater's most beautiful homes. As the CEO of WD&D Architects, Chad told the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette that he grew up wanting to be an architect. We think that childhood passion is on clear display in his work product!
